By Plane:  Fly into Greater Rochester international airport (ROC).  We are about a 1 hour drive from the airport.

To get to Naples from the Airport:

By rental car.  Turn right upon exiting the airport.
    Very  soon after leaving airport, turn right onto I-390 south
    Exit at Rte. 252.  At bottom of ramp, turn left to onto Rte. 252 east.
    Turn right onto Rte. 64 south.  You will be on Rte. 64 for quite a while.  It will make a number of turns, but follow the signs and
        stay on Rte. 64.  It will take you past the Bristol Ski area.
    Turn right onto County Rd. 12.  On the left will be "Arbor Hill Grapery".  On the right will be a large, white, church.  Make your
        turn before passing the church--if you do you will end up on Rte. 21, and have gone to far.
    The 'Violet Barn' will be 3 miles from the corner, on the left (east) side of the road.

By taxi and/or bus.  It's a long taxi ride to Naples.  Here's an alternative:
    Take a taxi or RTS (Rochester transit system) bus to "Eastview Mall" in Victor, just east of Rochester.
    Once at East View, take a CATS (County area transportation system) bus to Naples.  CATS will take you from anywhere
        in Ontario county to anywhere in Ontario county, for $5 per person, per trip, with prior appointment.

By Train:  Take Amtrak to Rochester.  Call (800) USA-RAIL for schedule information.

To get to Naples from the Amtrak station:  proceed to Eastview Mall in Victor, as described above by bus or taxi.

By Bus:  Greyhound Bus Lines makes stops in Rochester, Victor, and Canandaigua. 
    From any of these locations, you may reach Naples via CATS service described above.
    In addition, CATS has twice-daily routes between Canandaigua and Naples.   These leave Canandaigua at 6:30 am and
        4:30 pm daily (arriving in Naples 35 minutes later).  Buses leave Naples at 7:40 am and 5:40 pm to return to Canandaigua.
        Fares for these regularly-scheduled runs are $1 per person, each way.
    You may arrange a ride anywhere within Ontario county for $5 per person, each way, with prior appointment.
