You must select delivery method.   Orders for supplies only will be sent by USPS standard mail (parcel post), regardless of selection.

Priority Mail.  2-3 day delivery.  $12 per box.  Safe delivery guaranteed April 15 to October 31.
Express Mail.  Overnight to most areas.  Cost begins at $24.  Safe delivery guaranteed at all times. For exact costs, 'click here'  

From April 15 to October 31, we ship all orders by Priority Mail unless told otherwise.
From November 1 to April 15, we ship all orders by Express Mail, unless told otherwise. Orders are always shipped weather permitting (not just your weather, but ours and places in transit).  We ship only by the US Postal Service (we do not ship by United Parcel Service).

Desired shipment date:    We will give you an expected shipping date when we confirm your order by e-mail.  If  express mail is chosen, we will give you the tracking number of the package.  "As soon as possible' means just that--we will ship as soon as we can by the means you selected (shipped within 7 days).

Note!  Please be sure all information is correct--both billing address (if different than shipping) and security code need to be provided!  We charge your account only when all plants are packed and ready to ship--if information is wrong, or card is declined, this will delay order.  We can't be responsible for freshness of plants if shipment is delayed due to wrong account numbers or insufficient funds!  Please provide daytime phone number, so that we can call you if problems with your order need to be resolved.

PLEASE SEND THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
List the name (not registration numbers) of each plant ordered.  If more than one desired of a variety, state quantity desired.  For example, "2 Rob's Fuzzy Navel".  Hit "enter" key after each item listed.  When done listing items, hit "tab" key (or move cursor with mouse).  Please do not double space.  Note: Collections "specials", i.e. "10 different for $35" are SELLER'S choice!--if YOU itemize the variety they are at retail prices listed on web-site!  Please remember to tell us WHICH special you want (violets, streps, begonias, etc...)--you CANNOT list the specific varieties!  For example: "3 different columnea for $12"--do NOT then list the variety names--these are SELLER'S choice!!

  

Can we substitute?   "Click" on arrow for other choices.  We won't substitute, unless we must, for out of stock items.  Items "out of stock" or in "limited supply" are identified on the web-site--these are the items most likely to be out of stock.  

I MUST have this plant:   List only one plant, and be willing to wait!  We will hold your entire order until this one plant is available.  We will NOT hold orders for multiple plants.  Inventory status of each variety is given on the site and is updated weekly.  If you list multiple plants we will ship as soon as any one of these listed plants becomes available.  We will not backorder!

Substitutes:  Only send substitutes from the list below.  We'll look at this list when selecting any "free" plants you may be entitled to.  If you request we use this list, but list nothing, we'll send only what we have at time of shipping.

Comments or special instructions?    For example, if this is a gift and you don't want invoice included in box, let us know.

Billing address.  If different than shipping address, this must be provided for us to process your order!  

Due to its high cost, a 2007 catalog will NOT be included with your order (the web-site is much more extensive anyway)!  You may order a catalog for an additional cost of $2.  You will receive a 2008 catalog, at no cost, early in 2008.
