Sin. macrostachya

Moderate sized, somewhat upright growing. Produces bouquets of lots of bright orange, tubular blooms above foliage. Multiple stems join at base to woody trunk from tuber, giving this a bushy appearance and making for even fuller plant as it matures.

Makes large tuber

Love this plant. It can make a very good size tuber and live for years. It can be trimmed to keep it shaped as well. For the best look it can be put outside with some sun exposure when there are temps over 50 deg. F. A fun one for the collection!
