Beautiful Blooming Miniature
Beautiful blue flowers with a white edge on variegated foliage that shows a lot of pink. My plant in the kitchen window blooms constantly and is one of my favorite violets. Excellent and easy to grow and puts on a great show!

Beautiful Plant
I use to have an African Violet when I was a child. I finally was able to find one on VioletBarn. It was worth the wait. I'm so pleased with my plant.

Healthy Plant
This was not a plant I picked for myself, I received it as a freebie. The variegated foliage on the edge of leaf is different from what I usually pick but is very distinct. I will have to look more at violets like this. Thanks for opening my eyes.
Lovely Foliage
I am so thrilled with Violet Barn in general. The plants are well packed and the violets are amazing. This little one has not yet begun to bloom, but the foliage is bright and the plant is healthy. My other violets are blooming like crazy and I know this one will catch up. These violets have been my Covid God send!
Worth knowing
I had promised myself not to get anymore miniatures after the parking lot puma decimated my collection. Only a singular leaf was left intact. Then this plant arrived in the mail. Now I have to have more. I just wish I could add pictures. Even my plant jaded family think that this plant is cute. Especially the blooms.
Beautiful Blue
I received this gorgeous Robs Jitterbug as a free plant when joining AVS. Wow, what a beauty! This young plant is blooming with blooms bigger than its leaves and many buds still rising up. Such a lovely shade of blue with a touch of white, delicately outlining each petal. This was a great surprise in my order. Had I seen it in person before placing my order, it would have been high on my list of must have AV’s.
Hardy Violet
I ordered this violet a little over a year ago, and it's just now blooming. It had a rough time when I was sick and couldn't give it the care it needed. It's a miracle it didn't die. It's very hardy. I just hope it blooms more now that I'm taking better care of it. It came well packaged and was very tiny. I hope to obtain more miniature violets and maybe a Russian one from Violet Barn.

Great for newbie growers
This has been a very good mini AV for a newbie. Easy to grow, leaves start well and it blooms freely. I like it upright blooms that form a bouquet above the foliage. You can't go wrong getting this little plant.
Fantastic Bloomer, Hardy Violet!
This is by far the best violet I have had. I admit it! I was a terrible violet mom. I neglected this plant, yet it still bloomed constantly for me. The blooms really stand out with the lovely shade of purple and the white edges. You cannot go wrong with this little beauty. Great violet for a beginner.

I had this mini many years ago and it was just beautiful. I gave it to a friend who was ill and I've missed it, so I'm back for another one. Looking forward to having it back in my collection

This hybrid is strong and dependable... may grow a bit larger than expected... but responds to 'downsizing' and repotting... staying 'ever-young'! (I also want to say how nice Violet Barn's plants are... and arrive healthy, pest-free, and ready to impress!)

Phenomenal little plant!
I ordered this little thing 2 years ago as my first miniature. At that time I still didn't know exactly what I was doing as I was an inexperienced beginner. I still am in a way because I don't have much time for my AV hobby, unfortunately. I only grow a few plants but the Jitterbug is the only one that has gone through quite a few mistreatments and shocks and survived them all. I managed to kill many AV-s over time :( but this one is clearly invincible. It has literally come back from the dead several times and every time, with renewed attention, it turned back into a beautiful, luscious plant, as if brand new. When you see those shy blue blooms you wouldn't think it is such a resilient and hardy plant! It has also been a very good bloomer for me, despite my amateurish care. Still going strong and love it! The lighter dusty blue color of blooms is sure to please those who are attracted to soft, pastel colors. I favor the strong-contrast kind of blooms (as in Concord), so this is not my favorite color ever...but it's very pretty when in full bloom and ...oh, did I mention the resilience of this little plant??

My brother got this plant and he and I both love it. The packaging was beautiful, the plant is doing great, even thought some leaves have already fell off when it came. I definitely consider buying this for myself sometime.

Wonderful Bloomer!

Double Blue
Jitterbug is a great mini! I love the almost ruffled flowers that bloom often! I keep it near an eastern window and it seems to do very well there. The deeply quilted leaves give it a special look. I gave my mother a starter plant from mine and it bloomed very early for her. Thanks Rob!
Arrived in Bloom!!
This little plant arrived, it exceeded my expectations, in bloom and packaged very carefully & lovingly. To my surprise it even had a flower and a few buds. I am very happy with all the love and care that went into growing them and the packaging to insure they arrive safely.
