Champion!
Maybe my favorite Primulina, 'Rachel' will not let you down. I've successfully grown this one in lower light (east facing) and hot high light (afternoon west facing) and it does just as well in both locations. Blooms consistently every year, and grows with a nice round, symetrical habit, even with neglectful fertilizer/water.
Great plant!
Beautiful small plant- blooms intermittently. Easy grower- very happy with my plant- very happy with all plants from VB!
Fantastic plant!
'Rachel' is a fabulous small primulina. Like its parent linearifolia, 'Rachel' sometimes grows a short "trunk," mine has a rosette of leaves on a stem about 2 inches long and looks like a mini palm tree! It flowers freely but intermittently as long as its happy, my plant's flowers are longer than most of the leaves! Simply stunning.
Big Blooms on Small Plant
My favorite Chirita so far. Long lasting medium lavender flowers with darker purple stripes in throat. Beautiful foliage on a slower growing compact plant.
Chirita Rachel
Gorgeous, petite plant. A continous, dependable bloomer with delicate, trumpet-shaped lavender flowers. One of my very favorite plants.
Rachel
Very rewarding plant. A willing and frequent bloomer for me.
2x in 6 months
Has bloomed two times in the six months that I have had it. It is growing one foot under a flourescent light. Nice flower and varigation on the leaves. Very happy with all of my VB plants.
