High quality neem oil
I'm leaving this review in the hopes of saving other newbies from making the mistake I made: No matter how many people on the Internet recommend neem oil as a soil drench...don't do it!!!!! Over time, it makes the soil too heavy for gesneriads--the oil sort of "clogs" the soil and your African violets will not be happy : ( I still recommend this neem oil though! Use as directed above.
Neem Oil
Excellent choice for ridding plants of annoying insects. I have used with great success to eliminate mealy bugs and gnats on several houseplants. I also have used it on my rose bushes to ward off beetles and fungus. Organic and safe to use.
The only thing I use for mildew now
I've tried tons of products and homemade mixtures for mildew and fungus on my houseplants. I stopped using anything else when I finally tried this. It does have a strong smell, as other reviews have noted, but it has been 100% effective in clearing up powdery mildew and fungus. I have never had to use it on pests so I can't speak to that, but it's the only thing I've tried that hasn't had any negative impact on ANY plant.

Good for powdery mildew, and pest control. It can be used as fungIcide also. I spray all my house plants before bringing them inside during winter time.
Need oil works great
Use this neem oil on flowers and vegetable plants. It works both as a pesticide and fu gicide. Great for organic gardens. Strong smell only downfall.
Love Neem oil
So grateful you all use Nimoy oil and violets. Label your containers, I’m talking about as newbie gardeners when we mix the oil up and if we put it in a recycle bottle. Are use Name as a soil drench and after about a month or two of excellent growth on my five -6 new violets from you, I noticed I was starting to get a little bit of powdery mildew because I was giving them too much moisture with my pebble rocks. So I was going to give them a little soil drench of my premixed name oil. Well, it was my premixed orange oil. I didn’t realize this till about 2 to 3 days later when I saw everybody was starting to wilt and some lost all their leaves. So I was up till 1 AM doing a triage of you are getting all their route systems and doing leaf cuttings off of some of the violence that all the leaves fell off. I love all the educational material that you provide on your website, your plants are incredible and packed with love. Thank you for all the support that you give and I believe all of the plants survived but I think it took them over a year to recoup. I am still learning. Thank you for all that you do.
One of my go to products
I have to always have a bottle of this. It works beautifully to refresh the plant leaves and in addition keeps it safe from any residue or pests accumulating.

Awesome neem oil product, it works great for dealing with pests. Also great for preventive measures. Super easy to use!
Great for aphid removal!
DynaGro products are pretty awesome, neem oil is also awesome. I use it to get rid of aphids, applies with a little dawn dish soap and it works like a charm.

I always keep this handy. Great for insect problems and to make my plants more beautiful. Highly recommended for any plant keeper.
Must have
My first African violet I ever purchased had thrips. After researching I bought neem oil. It worked wonders. Now I use it as a natural insecticide in my garden. Love it!!

Control for Powdery Mildew
I bought this to help control powdery mildew and have been very pleased with it. I've had extraordinary success with eliminating powdery mildew with it and it has never damaged my plants & I've used it on blooms as well!
