Beautiful
This is such a lovely violet - the dark almost black flower really stands out. Had friends over looking at my collection. I was showing them a red one and one friend pointed at this one and said "I like that one."
Rich, deep purple color
This AV is very hardy. Grows in a nice symmetrical pattern in natural light at my home. The blooms are average in size and the rich color is outstanding next to other AV’s in my collection. Highly recommend this beauty for your collection!
Gorgeous Color!
Got this violet last year. It has grown fast and put out deep plum colored blooms. Very pretty, a keeper. Love shopping here, such a nice collection and also great packing. NB 5/5
My first Russian hybrid
This is first Russian hybrid and currently only standard I have. Arrived today in great shape and I can't wait for those dark beautiful blooms!

First Purchase from Violet Barn
My very first violet from Violet Barn and I love it.....Arrived in wonderful condition and packaged very well. I was so excited to get it planted and watch it grow. Alas, my cat got to it while we were gone over a long weekend and I couldn't revive it. But I did enjoy it the short time I had her.
Love this one!
Deep, dark violet flowers that are huge make this a real winner. It blooms often and is a healthy, vigorous plant. Definitely one of my favorites!
EK WILD ORCHID
Received this plant along with 13 other plants on August 11, 2017. This plant has lots of blooms, beautiful plant . I was surprised to see how large the blooms are , almost as large as the leaves! What a beauty. I was extremely impressed, the plants are very healthy. I have a very large collection of African violets so I was very concerned. I just ordered my second order today August 14, 2017 another 12 new plants.

I just received this plant and it is in perfect condition! It is ALREADY getting a few new leaves! Can hardly wait until it blooms! Very happy I found Violet Barn and their beautiful plants!
EK Wild Orchid
I have a collection of about fifty African Violets (All from the Violet Barn of course!). EK wild Orchid is definitely my most favorite one. It performs beautifully and it says "African Violet' to me. I am buying another one just to be sure that I will always have one in my collection.

All plants arrived in perfect condition. E.K. Wild Orchid was in bud. I have repotted the standards and Wild Orchid is now in full bloom with a beautiful 2" flower. It is a sure winner! More orders to follow.
EK Wild Orchid great Russian
EK Wild Orchid is one of the first Russian African Vioets in my collection. It has an unusual dark purple color and shapes up beautifully. It is a really one of my favorites. I don't have another plant in my collection with this beautiful dark purple color.
