Bristol’s Sixth Scents
Years ago I had this plant. Got too busy with outside so I gave my stand and plants away, but now I am retired, so I just received this one again. I really liked it, so much so that I bought two more of them as gifts. The color is so pretty. My new plants, three orders received so far, arrived in perfect condition. I am excited to be back!

So pretty!
While the picture of this Strepto is very pretty, it really doesn't do this flower justice. I ordered for the first time over a year ago and this will be my fourth order including sending some to my sister. I'm completely hooked thanks to The Violet Barn!
My first
This is my first Streptocarpus. I was charmed by it. Easy, very pretty and tough! So, I am going to order more Streptocarpus from Violet Barn. For me, the scent is felt few.

Fantastic color!
I absolutely love the flowers on this plant. Probably my second favorite after Electric Raspberry. Took off one star because the foliage hasn't been as vigorous as my other streps from Violet Barn, but I'm not sure if that's this variety or just some difficulty with this individual plant. Really a nice addition to my sunroom though!
Stunning Flowers
This orchid took a while to take to my home environment, however it's hardly a fussy grower. Its hardy (my conditions aren't exactly ideal) and the flowers are soo stunning. The markings on the throats are just gorgeous and the colors so vibrant. The photo on Violet barn doesn't do it justice. It didn't have a scent that I could detect however it was its very first bloom so that may be a factor. This is a must buy :)
delightful
I ordered the 10 sellers pick. in about one month half of them were flowering. The one that stood out right away was sixth scents. it has now been almost three months and sixth scents has consistently had over a dozen beautiful pink flowers with more coming. It is a mid size plant that I really enjoy. If you stick your nose right in the flower it has a delightful mild odor, but get it for its beauty. Of the rest of the sellers choices there is a great diversity of color and I am enjoying them all.
move over violets
I ordered the 10 staff selected. Great choice. within 1 month half of them were blooming and shortly after the rest bloomed. However, sixth scents out shined all but Ma. If you stick your nose right in the flower there is a nice odor (not a half inch out). . It is mid sized and just beautiful with lots of blooms already, This review was not for a free plant just because I really enjoy sixth scents.
Truly Survivor!
This strep is very hardy, resistant to the fungus. As a month ago, I noticed that the plant had powdery mildew attacking over the surface area of the leaves. I used the “homemade” mixes (baking soda, oil, vinegar, and warm water), and wiped onto the foliage for 3 days to prevent spreading. This plant is truly a fighter and recovering very quickly. Now the strep has no signs of the powdery mildew onto the foliage. Guess what! It is blooming now with the striking red, fragrance flowers.
Constant Bloomer
I love this Streptocarpus! It is an easy grower and always in bloom. And it is fragrant... what more could you ask for?
Great Plant
I have had this plant before. I was surprised at how much scent this plant has especially when fully grown. I had overwatered several times which eventually killed my plant but it put up a good fight.
My first strep
I was unsure about this type of plant, but I went with the flow. The description is true. It's been pretty easy and doing better all the time. I was a bit disappointed when my cat kept eating the buds off of it. But once the plant began to bloom, it was quickly one of my favorites. The scent is pleasant and sweet, but not over powering. The flowers are pinkish/fuschia and very pretty.

This plant grew and bloomed just a couple of weeks from arrival and didn't stop for months and months... Love it.
Bright Cheery Blossoms!
I have ordered many Streptocarpus from the Violet Barn and they always arrive in great shape . This one has cheery bright blooms and is easy to grow with a bonus of a light fragrance. I would reccomend this to all.

Healthy attractive plant, but no scent
I received this plant about 4months ago. Tiny, healthy. Grew well and started blooming about 1 month ago. Very attractive but no scent. Has had about 6 blooms now but still no scent. Still a lovely plant.
Bristol Sixth Scents
This is my first streptocarpus, and it is wonderful! Easy, great bloomer, gorgeous color! Bloomed profusely starting with only 2-3 leaves, continued for months.
BEAUTIFUL PLANT!
I ordered this a few of months ago, it came in bloom and has not stopped blooming, since! It is a very sturdy plant and fast grower. I don't have a light smell yet but it is young. Order this you will not be sorry!
Lovely plant!
I can't discern much of a fragrance to the blooms, but this strep is very pretty. The petals are softly serrated and ruffled, large, and held high above thick leaves. I am enjoying this one! For me, it is more pink and less red than the photo above.

Hardy grower and dependable bloomer - almost always at least a couple blooms coming or going, and sometimes giant masses! Color is a bit more on the fuchsia side than the more reddish color shown, but still strikingly good looking. Scent is faint - pleasant when you can detect it.

Bright, attention getting flower color. Free bloomer with strong stems that hold flowers slightly upward so you can see the pattern in the throat. Mild pleasant fragrance. An easy, dependable grower for me.
