I just wanted to say what a fantastic job you all did packing our order! I'm thoroughly impressed. I placed the order to be delivered to my brother to pot up and give to our mother after I got into town. Their neighborhood often has parcels misdelivered for some reason and it happened this time. We were resigned to the idea that the plants were lost or totally dead after roasting in the community mailboxes or going without water so long, and we'd have to just reorder and have the gift be late, but nearly a week after the date tracking said they were delivered they arrived in my brother's mailbox. Despite staying in an unopened box in the Georgia heat the plants were in perfect condition! The outer layers of the insulation were hot to the touch but the interior was still cool and the plants were pristine. I've worked for retail nurseries and have seen lots of damaged or dead plants from heat, cold, and badly handled shipping, and this was the absolute best insulated and most secure example I've seen. Kudos to you and your team! You have some very impressed customers, and we'll definitely be ordering from you in the future. May 30, 2026

I received 25 plants for Mother’s Day for a gift from my husband. He had them shipped to my children’s pet store so I would be surprised when I received them. My children did not see the package for 2 weeks at least. Every single plant was perfect when I received it and is growing so well even after sitting in a box over 2 weeks.
