Fred's Yellow Wine

A real eye catcher!  Bright red upper lobes, brighter yellow lower lobes.  Plenty of blooms held on short stems above foliage.  Easy grower and prolific bloomer.  (Bellairs)

The Best

These steps are absolutely beautiful and prolific bloomers. I have purchased two of them. My daughter took the first one. Can't blame her.

I have several blooms on this spectacular plant and looking forward to additional blooms. Great colors and a fun addition to a collection

One of the best streps from this hybridizer

I grow this plant (purchased from the Violet Barn a few years ago) and it is vigorous grower and a heavy bloomer. Intense coloration on the blooms, it is a real eye catcher.

My New Favorite Plants

I just bought my first 2 Strepts a month ago. I am hooked! They are both blooming! I have tried to attach photos. The thing I like the most is that they don’t take up a lot of room and totally compliment my violets with a totally different look. The leaves are so delicate and different. The amount of blooms you get over 3 leaves is simply amazing. The colors on my Wine is quite a bit different than the photo but who cares, they are stunning. I’m ordering 6 more & 4 of those are for friends & family that love growing things. The love of plants has been a family tradition and is a way to celebrate people that have passed. I’m sharing these with 3 generations. I’m so excited to see their posts on Facebook as their new plant babies start to bloom!
