love this plant
Not fussy -- it just keeps growing and growing. A small branch broke off, and I stuck the end in a tiny pot of soil and now I have a small 2nd one... EASY
My little favorite, adorable Serpens
Visited The Violet Barn about ten years ago and purchased three Hoyas. All are prospering. Love them all but Serpens is my favorite. Cute, compact, multiple blooms all summer. Hangs in the north window and I never let it dry out. Flowers smell like sweet heaven! Easy to root cuttings. A must have. The Violet Barn is a wonderful place to visit. Plan on going again this fall.
Finally bloomed after 5 or 6 years
I bought this for the foliage about 5 or 6 years ago. It's very tough, and can handle a bit of neglect. It is finally blooming for me for the first time, I believe due to adding lighting for my African Violets. The blooms have a sweet scent, which is a nice change. I love it!!
Patience Will be rewarded
I bought this intriguing little Hoya because it looked so different from everything else I have. It takes awhile to bloom but when it does, it's simply stunning! I love it!
Finally Found It!
I had this plant almost 20 years ago & it got mealy bugs so bad & I tried everything to get rid of them but to no avail So I had to destroy the plant. So I have been looking ever since for another one & tomorrow I will order it! It's a wonderful little button hoya
