Glossy green leaves, mottled silver with visible veins.  Flat, pale yellow to white, blooms with white to red center.  Up to 20 blooms per umbel.  Sweet fragrance.  Easy grower, needs to fully mature before blooming.

I have one of these hoyas that a neighbor gave me as a 4" clipping about 6 years ago. it is now more than 6' long and fills a 10" hanging planter with no visible pot showing. it has bloomed all summer and fills the room with its perfume smell at night,
