I received my 4 violets in the mail last week, and I just wanted to thank you for the fantastic job you did in packaging them. I expected a little attrition, because ordering sensitive live plants in the dead of winter is a crazy idea. But they were beautifully protected and luckily my mail deliverer read the warnings on the package and kept it in the warm post office for me to pick up. I ordered from another seller. The tiny plant arrived looking healthy, however it brought some kind of super small pest(s) along with it. I quarantined and tried to treat it but it did not do well. I got frustrated and gave up on it. THEN I started doing my homework to find the most reputable AV seller. I’m like a dog with a bone when I research. I sleuthed though several different social media forums, googled a LOT, asked ChatGPT, asked some friends with greener thumbs, etc - Over and over again, “The Violet Barn” came up as top choice for reliability, quality product, and especially low risk for any hitch hikers due to their current monitoring protocols. To all of you at the Violet Barn, thank you. My order arrived tonight 2 days after it was shipped. Whoever did the packing and plant selection deserves kudos. I have been an avid and plant person for 60 years. Never have I received an order that came through absolutely perfectly. I am flabbergasted. I should have read further and received my free plant, but I am more than happy with the six I received. I just received my first order from Violet barn, it had to come all the way across United States to get to me. I was worried about the condition that they were going to arrive in and behold I was amazed they were in such perfect shape. What excellent packing that you guys do to protect your plants totally awesome love it! I meant to send you an email once the plants arrived but I was traveling for work. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with you and the Violet Barn. The shipping and fulfillment was exceptionally good. The packing and protection of the violets was impeccable and it was so nice to receive exactly what I ordered in perfect condition. I had emailed you a while back to pose some questions after disappointing experiences with a "competitor". I am so glad I gave you a try.
