Ma's Crime Scene
Was gifted one of these a few years ago from VB. Had an unexpected delay of several weeks during travel last year, and I should have bagged it before I left. I will not make that mistake again! I love this and will get a replacement now. It's unique in color and has a beautiful form. I also love the name, and I am inclined to think that is why I received it as a gift. If loving violets is a crime, I am so guilty! LOL

Beautiful plant
Well packed. Arrived safely with no damage and several buds that should open soon. The foliage already has beautiful variegation. Looking forward to seeing this one in its full glory!
Finally bloomed
This has taken its time blooming, and only a few blooms. It will be very pretty once it matures and has more buds.
Love this African Violet
I've had this African Violet for almost a year now...it's flowers are the prettiest red....the only thing I wish was that it's leaves were spooned like they are in the pictures, but they are not. I bought it from here, The Violet Barn. I will continue to buy here though because they package their plants really well and I have never had problems with my orders...the prices are good as well...

Very easy to grow. Produces numerous deep mauve blooms, Foliage is very pretty too!
Amazing bloomer!
I received this violet at the end of May and by early September it had begun to bloom profusely. The blood-red blooms last a long time as well. The leaf edges have started to show a little variegation. This is a beautiful standard violet!

Gorgeous Red African Violet
Red is my favorite color so a red African Violet was a must have for me! I just received Ma's Crime Scene last week and she is a beauty! I am looking forward to see her gorgeous red flowers

I just got this beautiful baby last week and it is so healthy and lovely! I cannot wait for these wonderful leaves to mature and I am equally excited to see the blooms!
Best Bloomer of my collection
I have grown a few Ma's varieties for some years. Ma's Crime Scene is always putting flowers. The rosette is always perfectly shaped without my assistance. Probably one of the most easy going African violets in my environment.

Beautiful Foliage
This plant arrived in August along with 4 or 5 others. All were perfectly packed and I was impressed that some even had buds. Ma's Crime Scene is beautiful and unique, with the dark leaves with white edges and when it blooms the red is perfect against the leaf colors. Reminds me of Christmas with all the red, green and white!

This is one of my all time favorite violets from here! I love red violets! This is a true red and with a little care is true to color and grows so well. I have even leave started a few myself for family when a leave fell of and it grew perfect for me. It's one of my show pieces in my very large collection of violets! I only buy my violets from here and this one is several years old and very healthy ! I highly recommend it from my perchace and my experience with this violet!
Doing well
I got this and two other plants for my terrarium. They all hung in there until I put a new, stronger light on them. They seem to taking off, now. Hardest part is deciding what to try next.

Purchased two of these and I love them! Especially the leaf color. I ordered several other violets and they all came wonderfully packaged. I would gladly do business again.
Not red, Burgundy
Beautiful plant, but the blooms are not red, they are darker burgundy, too much purple to be a true red. Very interesting leaves and I am sure I will enjoy it but I wanted a RED bloom as described. Don't trust the pictures, they are not true to color.
disappointment
A beautiful plant but it would not bloom. The conditons must have been right because the violets all around it bloomed beautifully.

Lovely
I'm so pleased with this plant. It isn't in bud so I can't rate that but the foliage is healthy with great color and form. It is small but will grow quickly. I expected that. Thank you for a pretty little violet.

I just received this yesterday and it is gorgeous. I love the color of the leaves but am a little disappointed the flowers ares more purple than red.

Love the Crime Scene
First bloom this week. Color is not the cherry red like in the large photo but more of a maroon red. Really love it and more blooms are on their way.

Ma's Crime Scene-Lovely!
I received Ma's Crime Scene with nice foliage and a bloom stalk barely hidden by the leaves. It is now blooming and boy is it gorgeous!
