A Trooper
A couple of years ago I lost all of my African violets and streps. Something swept through my plants, killing them all. I did not know what or why it was happening and I tried watering more and that probably sealed their demise. Xolo survived longer than any other strep although Mom's plant was a close second. I know a bit more now, still a novice, and Xolo is high on my list to repurchase. Besides being a trooper, it was lovely, one of my favorites.
Stunning
My Xolo is doing very well and I'm here to say it looks exactly like the photos...but. if anything, the velvety blooms are even richer and darker. This one is a showstopper.

The plant arrived in bloom with amazing deep purple velvety flowers. This one is truly a must have!

So happy with this plant! Its very easy going and grows well with nice flat leaves. The blooms come out nearly black and bright light shows the neon purple beneath! Truly a stunning plant and will always be a favorite!
