Your breeding programs (with all your plants) are great and seem to be producing some great hybrids! Can’t wait to grow and get more into gesneriads, it seems so exciting!
My first streptocarpus but not my last
I ordered a couple streptocarpuses after reading an article on the Violet Barn site that they are easier to care for than African Violets, which I also have. I'm pleased to say that Bristol's Grasshopper is already starting to bloom for me, and I can't wait to see the buds once they unfurl completely. This won't be my last streptocarpus!

Grasshopper is so pretty, looks just like the photo, and bloomed soon after receiving it.

I have this strep and it is such a beauty that I am going to order another one to give as a gift after it has matured a bit! Colors are awesome! I would post a picture but I don't seem to think that I can!
Didn’t work for me
This plant arrived very small and didn’t make it. I have other streps that have done well but I ordered it in early spring and didn’t use express shipping so wondering if it went into shock from the change in temperature and travel. I’ll probably try it again at some point.
