Star of Bethlehem


A best-seller, with unique blooms not seen on any other variety.  Striking cream blooms with pink stripes.  Very dark, chocolate-brown foliage.  A slower grower, but beautiful.

NOT TOO GOOD FOR MIAMI

Plant arrived in May 2018. I tried to grow it in a balcony in bright indirect light at 88-90oF but it didn't do well. I moved it into my bathroom (less light, 75oF) and it is recovering from the stress. Hasn't stopped blooming (even in the scorching heat!). Flowers are white with some pink stripes over a yellowish background. The four stars are only for my particular growing conditions.

Lovely

This is a very cool Episcia. The flower colors really stand out against the dark foliage. Highly recommended.

Received my Star of Beth. today. Lush foliage, very beautiful plant. Always packaged very well. I love buying from the Violet Barn. It is a company you can depend on. Sales reps are very nice too.
