Showy Indeed!
This beautiful plant arrived at our house in late spring. It sits in an eastern window in hot, sunny Houston, Texas and is thriving. Blooms appeared for the first time this week and they are breath taking. The clusters of flowers are truly magnificent, even my husband, who doesn't know a violet from a dandelion, remarked on beauty. My new favorite violet!
Very Pretty
These blooms are a very pretty unique shade of coral-red. I am not a grower for show, but I know that this flower is beautiful. The unique color and fine details make it one of my favorites.
Quite disappointed
Unfortunately this was one of the only ones I ordered which was very disappointing. The coral color was grainy looking and dull with just a trace of a weak white edge. There was not trace of chimera stripes at all and the medium green foliage was rather plain and had poor symmetry. I gave this plant to someone far less critical than myself.
