Dainty and Pretty

I ordered this strep not on the picture but the recommendations. And the reviewers were right. This strep is much prettier than the picture. It has bloomed for me for the first time for over 3 weeks now and still has new buds. It is a lovely shade of pink, white and yellow. Recommend it highly!

Pretty and a great bloomer!

This was my "freebie" in a previous order. It's wonderful! Very hearty and the flowers are lovely. I particularly like the pastel tone.

Dusky pink

This is a very vigorous grower and bloomer. But look at that pink. In my eye that's a mighty dusty pink. Its almost a dirty pink; at odds with the clear yellow inside. Rob has better colored streps for my tastes.

Unusual color combination

This strep has such a pretty color combination. It has to my my favorite!

Bristols Pink Priss

In my last order from The Violet Barn I included 3 Streps simply because I wanted to further investigate the gesnariad world. All are doing very well but, Bristols Pink Priss is exceptional. Many blooms on 41/2 inch stalks and lots of lush, compact, dark green foliage. Partially because of this beauty I am now ordering one or two plants of 10 different gesnariad genera offered online by The Violet Barn. As a result - Rob will have all my money, Rob's plants will take-up all my space and occupy all my time, and I will get all the satisfaction, beauty, and amazement of this wondrous plant family ...priceless!
