Cutie!!
Ordered three trailers, Vanilla among them. Order arrived February 23. We still have snow here in New England. Granted, I should have probably waited for warmer temps but I saw this little one and I couldn't wait. As soon as we saw the postman the box was brought in. It was impeccably packed. All 3 violets were healthy and undamaged. Two were flowering. Not even the blossoms were touched by winter. I ran a stoneware plate under hot tap water and set the pots on it to gently warm the soil. This one is a bit darker pink than in the picture but adorable nevertheless. Two tiny waterlily blossoms of baby pink! Acclimated well overnight. Very happy with the order. Thank You, Violet Barn! :)

Gorgeous flowers
I had a friend a few years ago who had this plant, and any time I'd go over to visit them, I couldn't stop staring at the blooms. Her's was a few years old at that point, enormous, and covered in flowers. I'm hoping mine will look like that soon, too!
What a beauty!

I received this plant as a gift. I love how it cascades over the pot and how long lasting the flowers are.
Sooo Many Blooms
I ordered this trailing vine years ago. I love how it looks in this picture. Mine definitely became like this when I treated it well. But I killed it. So I can't give it less than 5 stars because the issue I had was solely my personal issue of dealing with all those blooms. They of course die and I'd spend quite a bit of time when I got to it of manicuring the dead blooms and stems. But I am sure that is something that others find relaxing and even enjoyable. I personally like the standard varieties because that is more my speed for grooming. I currently have no AV's, but am ordering 4. My speed. Altho I admit sifting thru all the possibilities on this site was like being a kid in a candy shop.

This variety, for me, has almost constantly had either buds or flowers! It works so hard at being pretty and making me smile that I have felt sad when I need to pinch it back! I have come to love this violet above any other that I have own, which is many.

Once my Vanilla Trail started blooming, it’s been consistently in bloom. I like that it seems fairly easy to grow for a beginner like me. It’s one of my favorite trailing AVs and I recommend it to anyone new to trailers.

Rob's Vanilla Trail is a great plant which blooms cover the plant with beautiful light pink double blossoms. I'm ordering another plant as my original plant got knocked onto the floor and was so busted up I'm afraid it may not recover.

Photos don’t to it justice. I’ve had this plant for two years now. This is one of my favorite trailers. Loads of pretty little flowers. Mine prefers a bit more humidity than my average violet
My favorite
This was my first African violet and also first trailing African violet. Since then, I’ve got many more violet barn cultivars. It has the daintiest, but consistent blooms ever and it has beautiful foliage and habit! It even forgives me when I don’t give it adequate light or water while moving between apartments. I recommend this plant to everyone. Also, it arrived very healthy, and leave it in the pot it comes in like the instructions say!

Super easy to grow!
I love how this plant grows so well with very little worry. It likes to grow low in a bonsai dish or in a regular pot. Either way, it just seems happy all the time!

Already starting to bud
I received Rob's Vanilla Trail about a week ago, and it is already starting to unfurl some buds! It is a very healthy plant and seems very happy in its current location. I can't wait to see these beautiful flowers. So glad I found the Violet Barn!

Strong grower
Got Rob's vanilla trail a few weeks ago and it's already doubled in size and shown it's first bloom which is quite beautiful. I'd order again if I ever lost the plant.
Beautiful Blooms!
This is one of my favorite trailers! The clusters of double blooms look like little roses, and since growing under lights, the center of each cream colored blossom has a blush of pink. Violet Barn does a fantastic job of packaging and shipping their young healthy plants, many arriving already in bloom!

My favorite trailer
I have a fondness for trailers, more than any other African violet. No matter what new one arrives on the scene, Rob's Vanilla Trail will still stand out and will always be on my plant shelves. Besides being beautiful, it's also not fussy, and grows nice and full with minimal pinching and shaping. When I see it in a show or on a sales table, I know it's Vanilla Trail without looking at the label.

Love this trailer! It is beautiful with light pink-cream blooms. The best part is that it’s tough! Wasn’t able to care for my plants for a long while and lost almost the entire collection. However, this plant was one of the few survivors!
First Time Trailer
This is my first time growing a trailing violet. It arrived in excellent condition, with a bud already starting to emerge. It is now blooming and already starting to trail. I love the color and am very pleased!

it sent up buds as soon as I got it, and now its sending up lots more buds , i wasnt super hovering over it, just potted it and left it alone

This one is always putting out new leaves and has had two flushes of blooms since I got it earlier in the summer. The color of the flowers is a pale pink. I have really liked this one.
Energetic Little Trailer
I have had Vanilla Trail for close to five months. It is now in a 3 inch pot and its leaves and blooms are cascading over the sides. The tiny rose shaped blossoms are delightful. It continues to bloom and bloom and seems to be constantly producing new buds. I love it!
One of the best
This was my first trailer and is one of my best violets. Blooms constantly, tolerates repotting nicely, and the flowers are gorgeous. Very pleased.
Beautiful Happy Trailer
I love this plant! It has grown so much since I received it from Violet Barn earlier this year (At least tripled in size, mine has multiple crowns). It is gorgeous in bloom!
Like a miniature rose bush
This is an amazing violet It tends to grow low and outward and The leaves are big and bold . The actual flowers look like miniature roses in cream to pale pink. We were stunned by its' beauty. Awesome Plant
This plant has bloomed non-stop for over a year, growing in a bookcase outfitted with white LED light strips, not really getting any natural sun. Being a trailer, the flowers are small and dainty looking, but plentiful and have a pale hue of pink
My absolute favorite African violet!
I could talk for hours about how perfect this plant is! I've had it for 2.5 years now, and I am stating the exact truth when I say that it has never been without at least one flower, but usually has many, many more! It was flowering when I purchased it, and has happily continued. The flowers are so perfectly shaped and beautifully colored that I have never gotten tired of its blossoms. At one point, I even re-started the plant from one crown with blossoms on it, and left them on out of curiosity; the whole time the crown was rooting, it actually kept flowering, and is still going as a mature plant again! If you're looking for one trailer for endless, elegant flowers, pick this one!
Gorgeous Blooms!
This is such a BEAUTIFUL trailing violet!! The foliage is lovely and lush, but the blooms are the real star of the show--they look like perfect, tiny sugared roses. Highly recommend if you're looking for a good trailer!

Wanted for years
I have been looking at this trailer for years, but have never purchased it. From all reviews, I am beginning a collection of trailers and can't wait to start with Vanilla Trail. I'm lucky to have built a sunroom in my home, and plants have just the right environment. Of all online companies, I have found that VB surpasses them all!
Super Trailing Plant
This trailer plant has so many blooms on it and it has been blooming for months. If you want a plant that blooms all the time I would suggest you get this one. It is very cheerful to see all the blooms.
Love this plant!
This is one of my favorite trailers ever. It grows beautifully with very little effort - I think it actually does best when you leave it alone. It's also very easy to propagate and I've enjoyed sharing it with friends, many who have never been able to keep a violet alive.

Mucho blooms!
This is an absolutely gorgeous plant...the foliage is dark green with pale-ish pink blooms. It has tons of flowers at one time and they stay fresh looking for a long time.

In love with violet barn
I am new to growing violets. My Grandmother always had them and I loved them. I bought this wonderful treasure with buds!!!! It has bloomed and consistently blooms soft velvety blush pink flowers against a perfect green leaf. I am enjoying watching it grow. Violet Barns packaging is amazing. I did Oder a few plant from someone else. I was looking for Rose Bouquet and they had it. When it arrived many of the leaves were broken and the dirt and root system was everywhere. I am still trying to recover from the act. Violet Barns plants were very healthy and packed exceptionally well. I am so happy to have found them.
One of my favorite
I got Rob's vanilla trail 3 years ago and since then plant never stop giving the flowers. Even sometime I don't have time to take good care of the plant but the plant still blooms continuously.

New Adventure
I never knew AVs could be trailers! I ordered "Vanilla Trail" 4 weeks ago, put it under lights and it is growing beautifully and LOADED with buds, which I think should be open in another 3 weeks. I am fascinated by the look of trailing violets and have since ordered 4 more. Waiting in happy anticipation for buds to open!!
Pretty Foliage But No Flowers Yet
I was very impressed by the packaging of this plant. I ordered it in winter and just repotted to a 3-inch container but it hasn't bloomed yet. Pretty foliage!

Sturdy Lil' Thing
I am new to growing plants and this little thing has been very patient with me. It didn't quit on me through my learning period and is now flowering beautifully after I finally seem to have gotten it right. Highly recommend it. The petals on the little flowers seem to sparkle under the light which I love. Also came in wonderful packaging.

Very rewarding to grow!
Rob's Vanilla Trail blooms very easily and often. In my growing conditions the flowers seem to be more pink than cream colored so far, but either way, they're beautiful. I think this is an adorable variety that is well worth growing. If you have never tried a trailing violet, this is a good one to start with.

Vanilla Trail is a gorgeous plant with constant blooming of little rose blooms that last a long time. Spreading out so beautiful. Good grower I've had over a year. Everyone that sees it wants to add to their collection. Just love it.
Perfect Trailer
Had one of these before, I loved it dearly but made the mistake of potting it in a too large container. Had to come back for another, I missed it so much. What a beautiful plant. I grows like crazy and is always in bloom. The blooms look like tiny roses. I won't be making the container mistake again! When I received my new guy, it was in pristine condition, even though it was a really hot day.
Nice Plant
It's very easy to grow and a great bloomer. I grew it from the crown only, and in 2 months already have many buds. I love it. I plan to buy another plant from VB :)

Gorgeous plant, gorgeous blooms
This is one of the most wonderful trailers I have grown. The habit is slightly loose and forms a beautiful plant. It blooms profusely and constantly. The foliage is a fantastic contrast to the pale pink blooms. One of my all time favorites.
One of my favorites!
Received this plant in October last year. It is the end of May now and this has been in bloom for at least 3 -4 months straight. It's like looking at small pale pink roses and I love it. I sometimes move it around to enjoy in different spots just so I can see the beautiful blooms. It's a fantastic grower, received with 5 other trailers of similar size. It was soon the largest of the bunch, and the first to bloom. Such a great plant, you will not be disappointed!

I've never owned a trailing violet. Ordered Vanilla Trail in April, had buds start in May, and today found the first perfect little rosette bloom. I'm in love with this plant!

Great Trailer,,,Show Winner
You can't go wrong with this one. Darling little rose-like blooms and lots of them. And easy to grow. A new member of our AV Club entered hers in the Novice Class at our recent show and got Best Trailer in Show! And the Trailer class was one of the largest classes.
Easy to grow plants
First order in last November and very easy to grow. Very well packaged when I first received it. Have loads of flower buds now and can't wait to see the beautiful flowers.
Cute little plants
Just received my first order today. A box of securely well packed plants of 8. I'm so impressed with the prompt delivery and specially the packaging. They all come in perfect condition, lovely and healthy, some of them already have flower buds. Unfortunately, I wasnt careful enough even though I tried, I broke off some leaves of two plants. pretty and robust
I've had very good success with this variety. It's in almost constant bloom, and very pretty. It looks delicate, but seems to be fairly robust - though it does sulk and stops blooming for a while after transplanting. The flowers on mine are a light "baby girl" pink, with no hint of cream or white. Ditto for a plant I started for a friend, kept under different light conditions.

This plant is so distinctive. The dark color of the leaf and flower stems contrasts so beautifully with the flowers and leaves. I love it!

Favorite African Violet
I love this one. I ordered my first trailer on 2009 and it quickly took over in size and had many blooms always. Very beautiful, I highly recommend this one. Has beautiful dainty leaves and flowers which are similar to mini roses but violet style. A must have!
Best indoor plant
This gem is so floriferous -- an unbelievable bloomer with cascading roselets. I've never grown a prettier indoor plant. I was heartbroken when my first succumbed to aphids (my fault -- I didn't do a good job treating it). I'm very glad to buy another one!

I received my AV order last week and I couldn't believe how wonderful the plants looked. I ordered four and two of them were blossoming. I am so pleased with these violets. Amazing Trailer
I received Robs Vanilla Trail about 3 months ago and it has already tripled its size and but out so many blooms! This is my first trailing violet and it is amazing. I am growing it under fluorescent tube lights and it is thriving. I would recommend this plant to anyone interested in growing trailing african violets for its ease of care.
Hardy one
When I bought this trailing violet, I had no idea what to expect. Right away it started blooming and I repotted it when it was to large for the original container. The second time I repotted I accidently pulled a good portion of the root system from the plant. I was so upset. I went ahead and put it into the pretty pot I had selected, torn roots and all. I watched it closely for wilting. Not only did it survive, but today it is a large thriving violet that looks like a twin to the photograph here. This is a wonderful violet to watch grow.
cutest thing
I bought this plant about a year ago and had it hanging in my window. It has bloomed practically all the time. It has tripled in size and is just the cutest thing. The flowers are so petite. I love the plants that the Violet Barn sells, I will continue to buy until I have no more room.
Wonderful violet
I got this little violet about 5 months ago from Violet Barn. It arrived well packed and in excellent shape. It started flowering quickly, and became my favorite violet - just a gorgeous plant, every bit as pretty as the picture. It's healthy and loaded with delicate little flowers.
Awesome little grower
I adore this lovely plant. The blooms are such a wonderful shade of cream and they seem to never stop producing. The growth habit is wonderful and the plant shapes nicely on it's own. I grow it on a top shelf under one WS and one cool white. It is wicked. This has quickly become one of my favorites.
Vanilla Trail
I am new at raising miniatures. My Vanilla Trail is the best so far and looks just like in the picture. It's terrific. Tons of blooms and a lovely trailing habit. I recommend it for all first time miniature buyers.
Blooms like crazy
I received this over a month ago and it has sprouted buds and blooms like you won't believe! I don't fuss over it much, the only thing I do is use Rob's self-watering pot and put it in a shady, well-lit spot. The plant continues to be a mini, but the blooms keep coming!
VANILLA WONDERFUL
I have had this wonderful plant for two years no and he is big and always has blooms. Vistors come to my home and want to take it home. I have to watch little vanilla very closely.
