Great plant--if you have good humidity
My favorite episcia for terrariums or vivariums. Spreads well and blooms intermittently with fire engine red flowers. Interestingly, it occasionally "reverts" and produces larger, darker crowns that are even more floriferous. Likes humidity and tolerates heat.
BEAUTIFUL
I ORDERED THE FIRST ONE AND IT WAS SO GORGEOUS I GAVE IT TO A FRIEND AND RE-ORDERED ONE FOR ME. BOTH PLANTS HAD BEAUTIFUL SILVER LEAVES AND MULTIPLE PLANTS IN THE 2 1/12 INCH POT. CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THE BLOOMS.
Stunning silvery leaves!
This Episcia was an early addition to my collection, and it was a wonderful choice. The leaves have a silvery metallic sheen that is just beautiful. It's difficult to capture this quality in a photograph (I've tried!). Must be seen to be appreciated. My plant has a rather compact growth habit as pictured here. The foliage is a perfect backdrop for the red blooms. A lovely plant.

Very lovely and beautiful metallic leaves, I even enjoy the color of leaves than the flowers and very easy to grow.
